About us

Ghadi & Co started at a single repair counter in Mumbai's Fort district, where my grandfather fixed pocket watches and wall clocks for forty years. I grew up oiling movements and changing straps after school, and learnt that a good watch is mostly honest engineering and a strap that fits.

Today we design our own watches in Mumbai: sapphire or hardened mineral glass, stainless-steel cases, proven quartz and automatic movements, and water-resistance ratings we test ourselves. Every watch is regulated and checked at our counter before it ships, and we still change straps and batteries for free.
